The death toll in Syria on Saturday 04/03/2017 reached 49 deaths including four children and two killed under torture.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 16 civilians; ten in shelling on the towns of al-Tatan, al-Khafsa and Bashnatra, five in mine explosions remnants of ISIS, and one killed under torture in a government prison.
An additional 16 civilians were killed in Hama, 13 in shelling on Aqeerabat, and three in shelling on the town of al-Daana (Idlib).
In Damascus, a sniper in al-Qabun neighbourhood shot a civilian. A newborn baby also died as a result of the lack of medical supplies due to the siege imposed on Madaya (rural Damascus).
The killing of a civilian was documented in shelling on Deir Azzour, and another from Al-Hassaka shot by Turkish Germander. In addition the killing of a civilian from Daraa was documented under torture in a government prison.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee documented the killings of five civilians as a result of shelling on the besieged al-Waer neighbourhood and the town of Garnada (Homs).
