The death toll in Syria on Thursday 02/03/2017 reached 25 deaths. Among the victims was a woman.
In Ar-Raqqah, 12 civilians were killed in international alliance shelling on the church roundabout in al-Tabqa (rural Ar-Raqqah).
Furthermore, seven died in Homs, four in shelling on al-Za’farana and Tal Thahab, and two in clashes with government forces.
In addition, three died in rural Damascus; one in shelling on Harista, one shot by a regime sniper, and one from a kidney failure and lack of medicine due to the siege imposed on eastern al-Ghouta.
The killing of a civilian from Al-Hassaka was documented shot by a Turkish border guard. The killing of another civilian was documented as a result of lack of medicine for high blood pressure and diabetes due to the siege imposed by ISIS on some of the neighbourhoods in Deir Azzour. In addition, a civilian from Idlib was found months after he was kidnapped.
