The death toll in Syria on Saturday 25/02/2017 reached 75 deaths including 11 children and two women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 28 civilians; 13 in a mine explosion planted by ISIS in al-Baab, seven in a car bomb explosion in the town of Susiyan on 24/02/2017, six in shelling on the village of Ashini, and one at the hands of unknown assailants.
In Idlib, 19 civilians were killed; 13 in shelling on Idlib and Areeha, five in a bomb explosion, and a body found in the outskirts of Areeha – circumstances of his death are unknown.
Furthermore, 13 civilians were killed in rural Damascus; 11 in shelling on Douma, one shot by unknown assailants, and one in clashes with government forces.
In addition, three died in Homs as a result of shelling on the besieged al-Waer neighbourhood. A further six civilians were killed in Hama in shelling on Khan Sheikhoun (Idlib) and the town of Abu Kahf.
The killings of six civilians were documented in Daraa; three in clashes with government forces, two in a bomb explosion, and one executed at the hands of regime forces.
