The death toll in Syria on Sunday 19/02/2017 reached 39 deaths including five children, three women, and one killed under torture.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 13 civilians, as a result of Russian shelling targeting the village of Um Tina and the town of Tal Ma’az (rural Aleppo).
In Daraa, 12 civilians were killed; six in shelling on the town of Naseeb and the neighbourhoods and cities of Daraa, four in clashes with government forces, and two due to the targeting of the security office in Nawa with a motorcycle bomb by ISIS.
Furthermore, five died in rural Damascus, four in shelling, and one executed at his home by regime forces in Deir Azzour.
In addition, seven died in Daraa, six in clashes with Jund al-Aqsa (in alliance with ISIS), and one under torture in a government prison. A civilian was also killed in shelling in Homs, and another in clashes with government forces in Idlib.
