The death toll in Syria on Sunday 12/02/2017 reached 19 deaths including one child, and one killed under torture.
In Daraa, 12 civilians were killed; eight in clashes with government forces, three in shelling, and a journalist whilst covering clashes with government forces in al-Manshiya neighbourhood.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of four civilians, three in shelling on Haritan and al-Manshiya neighbourhoods (Daraa) and the city of Bansh (Idlib), and one in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, a civilian was killed in Ar-Raqqah at the hands of unknown assailants following a raid at his home in the village of Khaneez al-Kasha. In addition, a civilian died due to illness and lack of medicine in the besieged neighbourhoods by ISIS in Deir Azzour.
The killing of a civilian from Idlib was documented under torture in a government prison.
