The death toll in Syria on Saturday 04/02/2017 reached 23 deaths including three children and a woman.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of eight civilians; six in a mine explosion remnants of ISIS in the village of Haimarlabada and the city of al-Baab, one in international alliance shelling, and one shot by Turkish border guards after attempting to enter Turkish territory.
In Deir Azzour, five civilians were killed in a landmine explosion while trying to flee I’zaz (rural Aleppo).
An additional five civilians died in Daraa, four in a bomb explosion on their vehicle, and one shot by a regime sniper.
Furthermore, four were killed in rural Damascus, two shot by a regime sniper, and two in shelling on the town of al-Marj. A civilian was also killed in Hama as a result of shelling on the town of Tal Hawash.
