The death toll in Syria on Thursday 02/02/2017 reached 23 deaths. Among the victims was a child.
In Daraa, 12 civilians were killed, 11 in clashes with ISIS in Hawd Yarmouk, and one from wounds sustained as a result of a bomb explosion.
In rural Damascus, five civilians were killed; two in clashes with government forces, one in shelling, one shot by a regime sniper, and a child suffered acute bronchitis and refused exit from Douma for treatment.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of four civilians; two in clashes with ISIS in rural al-Baab, one shot by an ISIS sniper, and another in a mine explosion planted by ISIS in rural al-Baab.
Furthermore, a civilian died in Homs from wounds sustained in previous shelling, and another in shelling at al-Qabun neighbourhood (Damascus).
