The death toll in Syria on Wednesday 11/01/2017 reached 28 deaths including two children and a woman.
In rural Damascus, nine civilians were killed; four in shelling on the towns of Basima and Awtaya, two in clashes with government forces, two in international alliance shelling on Saraqib (Idlib), and one as a result of the severe cold weather.
Furthermore, five died in Idlib, three in international alliance shelling, one while documenting shelling to the media, and two in shelling targeting Bansh.
Daraa witnessed the killings of four civilians, three in shelling on Da’il, and one in clashes with government forces.
In addition, three were killed in Al-Hassaka as a result of Russian airstrikes on Taftanaz (Idlib). A civilian was also killed in Kurdish militia shelling on Ar-Raqqah, and another in Deir Azzour as a result of ISIS shelling on the besieged neighbourhoods of Deir Azzour.
The killings of three civilians were documented in Aleppo as a result of shelling and another two in shelling on Ar-Rastan (Homs).
