The death toll in Syria on Wednesday 28/12/2015 reached 35 deaths including five children, five women, and three killed under torture.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 13 civilians; four in Russian airstrikes on al-Baab, three in a mine explosion planted by ISIS around al-Baab to prevent people from leaving, two executed at the hands of ISIS in Idlib, two executed at the hands of the regime for refusing to allow the regime to steal their house, one in clashes with government forces, and one under torture in a government prison.
In rural Damascus, 12 civilians were killed; six in shelling on Douma valley and Aim al-Fija, two in clashes with government forces, one due to the lack of medical supplies as a result of the siege on Madaya, and one under torture in a government prison.
Furthermore, eight died in Daraa; five in artillery shelling on the neighbourhoods of Daraa al-Balad, two shot by Jordanian border forces, and one under torture in a government prison.
In addition, two died in Deir Azzour in ISIS shelling on the besieged neighbourhood of al-Jura. A civilian was also killed in shelling in Idlib, and a woman executed at the hands of ISIS under charges of associating with the regime at Yarmouk camp (southern Damascus).
