The death toll in Syria on Thursday 22/12/2015 reached 109 deaths including 20 children and eight women.
A staggering 92 civilians were killed in Aleppo; 88 in artillery shelling and Turkish airstrikes on al-Baab, two in clashes, one with government forces and the other with ISIS, and two due to the severe cold weather on 18/12/2016.
In Daraa, nine civilians were killed; four in accidental shelling on security square in Daraa, three in shelling, one in a grenade explosion, and one assassinated at the hands of unknown assailants.
Furthermore, seven died in Ar-Raqqah, six in international alliance shelling on the town of Ja’bar, and one executed at the hands of ISIS under charges of associating with the alliance.
The killing of a civilian was also documented in rural Damascus, shot by a regime sniper.
