The death toll in Syria on Monday 12/12/2015 reached 60 deaths including 26 children and three women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 16 civilians; 12 in international alliance shelling on al-Baab, one in shelling on the village of Sarja, two in clashes with government forces, and one in clashes with ISIS. This is not including an accurate count of the victims in Aleppo due to the vast number of victims in the eastern neighbourhoods and the intensity of the shelling. Many reports were also received regarding field executions of civilians, however, they are yet to be confirmed.
In Ar-Raqqah, 16 civilians were killed in Russian airstrikes on Dawar al-Dala (Ar-Raqqah).
Furthermore, 15 civilians were killed in Hama, in the villages of Aqeerabat, suffocated with the poisonous sarin gas. It has also been reported that the number of victims reached 70 deaths, however, this could not be verified due to the ISIS taking control of the area.
In addition, seven were killed in Homs, five refugees from al-Sakhna died in shelling on Ar-Raqqah, and two shot by the regime before their withdrawal from Tadmur.
Three were also killed in Deir Azzour, two in clashes with ISIS, and one in shelling on al-Hamidiya neighbourhood (Deir Azzour).
The killings of two civilians were documented as a result of shelling, one in Daraa and the other in Idlib. The killing of a civilian was also documented in clashes with government forces in rural Damascus.
