During November 2016, the Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) documented the targeting of 14 hospitals and medical points, 10 of which were in Aleppo, two in Idlib, one in Hama and one in Homs, in addition to a pharmacy which was targeted in Aleppo.
SHRC also documented the continuation in the targeting of relief and rescue services, with three civil defence officers killed during the month, two of whom were in Aleppo and one in rural Damascus. Six officers were also injured, two of whom were paramedics- one in Aleppo and the other from rural Damascus- whilst three civil defence centres were targeted, two in Aleppo and one in rural Damascus.
In addition, SHRC documented the targeting of 17 ambulances, eight of which were in Aleppo, three in Idlib, three in rural Damascus, and one in Hama.
