War planes targeted the Islamic Medical Complex in the city of Bansh, rural Idlib, causing moderate material damage to the clinics, police and pharmacy departments, rendering them temporarily out of service.

Syrian regime and Russian war planes have been targeting hospitals increasingly, particularly in the more recent period, with November 2016 witnessing the highest number of hospitals targeted during the past year.
