The death toll in Syria on Sunday 13/11/2016 reached 49 deaths including nine children and seven women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 24 civilians; 18 in shelling on al-Salheen and al-Sukari neighbourhoods, and the cities of al-Atarib and al-Sahara (rural Aleppo), three in a car bomb explosion in I’zaz, two in a landmine explosion remnants of ISIS in the town of al-Ra’i, and one shot by a stray bullet by regime barriers.
In Idlib, 11 civilians were killed; nine in shelling on Khan Sheikhoun and the towns of Kafr Aweed, Safuhan and Mardeekh, and two in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, seven were killed in rural Damascus; four in shelling, two in clashes with government forces, and one from kidney failure and lack of treatment due to the siege imposed by the regime.
In addition, two died in Ar-Raqqah at the hands of Kurdish militia during a raid on their home in the village of southern Khaneez. A civilian was also killed in Deir Azzour as a result of the lack of food and medicine due to the siege, and another from Al-Hassaka at Rajm al-Salbi barrier died from a diabetic fit due to the lack of medical care.
The killings of two civilians were documented in shelling, one in Hama, and the other in Homs.
The killing of a civilian from Daraa was also documented in clashes with government forces.
