The death toll in Syria on Monday 26/09/2016 reached 44 deaths including 13 children, three women and one killed under torture.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 34 civilians; one in shelling targeting Mari’ at the hands of ISIS, two in an explosion remnants of a cluster in the town of Khan al-Sabl, and 31 as a result of Russian and regime airstrikes on the eastern neighbourhoods of Aleppo, including; al-Halk, al-Zabdiya, Bustan al-Qasr, Karam Humad, al-Kalaasa, al-Sukari and al-Mashad.
In Daraa, three civilians were killed, two in clashes with government forces, and one in shelling.
Furthermore, two died in rural Damascus as a result of shelling. A civilian from Yarmouk camp (Damascus) was killed one under torture in a regime prison.
In addition, two died in Homs, one from wounds sustained in previous shelling and the other, a baby, died as a result of the lack of medical care in al-Ruqban camp on the Syrian-Jordanian border.
The killing of a civilian was documented in Al-Hassaka, as a result of a landmine explosion, and another from Ar-Raqqah, shot by a Turkish border guard.
