The death toll in Syria on Friday 16/09/2016 reached 28 deaths including two children and three women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 12 civilians; 10 in shelling on the town of Maskana, Deir Hafir and al-Atarib, one found killed at the hands of unknown assailants, and one in a mine explosion remnants of ISIS in rural Manbaj.
In rural Damascus, six civilians were killed; two in shelling on Douma and the town of Hawsh Nasri, two in clashes with government forces, one shot by an ISIS sniper in the town of Yalda, and one shot by Hezbollah in al-Zabdani.
Furthermore, five died in Hama in shelling on the village of Zur al-Hisa and the village of Kawkab and Khan Sheikhoun (Idlib).
An additional five civilians were killed in Idlib; three in shelling on Khan Sheikhoun, one in clashes with government forces, and one in clashes with government forces in Jobar neighbourhood (Damascus).
