The death toll in Syria on Thursday 01/09/2016 reached 102 deaths including 20 children and five women.
In Hama 34 civilians were killed, 31 in shelling targeting refugees on Latamina – Latmin road, Khan Sheikhoun road and Sawran, and two in clashes with government forces.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 19 civilians; eight in shelling, four in clashes with government forces, four in clashes with ISIS, two in a mine explosion, and one shot by pro-regime forces in government controlled areas in Aleppo.
In Deir Azzour, 16 civilians were killed, 13 in shelling on the towns of Mahimada, al-Hasiniya and al-Baghiliya, and three in ISIS mortar shelling on al-Qusur and al-Jura neighbourhoods.
Furthermore, 15 died in Idlib, 11 in clashes with government forces, and four in shelling. In addition, four were killed in shelling on Ar-Rastan in Homs, and one in shelling in Ar-Raqqah.
The killings of six civilians were killed in Daraa, five in clashes with government forces, and one shot by a regime sniper. The killings of seven civilians were also documented in rural Damascus; three in a tunnel explosion, three in clashes with government forces, and one shot by a sniper.
