Regime forces targeted the city of Talbisah in northern rural Homs with intense artillery bombing on Saturday prior to sunset. The bombing killed five people in total.
The victims are:
- Ibrahim Yahya Ibrahim al-Aloush
- Ahmed Sulaiman Khashfah
- Sulaiman Abdul Latif Khashfah
- Abdul Haleem Khashfah
- Yahya Ibrahim al-Aloush
