The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 26/07/2016 reached 73 deaths including 11 children and eight women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 22 civilians; 14 in shelling on al-Mashad neighbourhood and the towns of Hayan, Kafr Hamra and al-Atarib, three in a mine explosion planted by ISIS, three in clashes with ISIS, one shot from an unknown source in Manbaj, and one in international alliance shelling.
In Homs, 17 civilians were killed, ten in clashes with government forces, and seven in shelling on the towns of ar-Rastan and al-Sakhna (rural Homs).
Furthermore, 11 died in Daraa; seven in a landmine explosion in al-Laja, two in mortar shelling on Bab Tum neighbourhood (Damascus), one assassinated at the hands of unknown assailants, and one in clashes with government forces.
In rural Damascus, ten civilians were killed; seven in shelling on Douma, Harista and the town of Hawsh Nasri, and three in clashes with government forces. In addition, a civilian was executed at the hands of ISIS in Deir Azzour.
