The death toll in Syria on Monday 25/07/2016 reached 67 deaths including 17 children and ten women.
In rural Damascus, 17 civilians were killed; 11 in shelling on Humuriya and Douma, five in clashes with government forces, and one as a result of the lack of medical supplies due to the siege on Douma.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 16 civilians; ten in shelling on al-Mashad neighbourhood, Yaqid al-Ads and Hayan neighbourhood (rural Aleppo), four babies due to lack of nurseries in rural Manbaj, one shot from an unknown source in Manbaj, and one in mortar shelling on Tashreen neighbourhood.
In Homs, nine civilians were killed in shelling on Ar-Rastan, Talbisa and al-Qalee’ near the town of al-Sakhna.
Furthermore, nine died in Daraa, eight in shelling on Daraa al-Balad, and one shot by regime forces in Daraa al-Balad. In addition, seven civilians were killed in rural Damascus, as a result of mortar shelling on al-Qaimariya on 24/07/2016. A civilian was also found killed under unknown circumstances in Al-Hassaka.
The killings of five civilians were documented in Idlib; two in clashes with government forces, two in clashes with ISIS, and one in shelling. The killings of three civilians were also documented in Hama, two in shelling on the town of Abeen (Aleppo), and one in clashes with government forces.
