Russian War Planes Cause Massacre in Idlib

War planes believed to be Russian targeted residential suburbs of Idlib city with several air strikes on Wednesday morning killing 12 people and injuring several others.

The strikes targeted the Free Health Directorate in Idlib city, causing great material damage to the building and the machines inside.

Victims identified include:

  1. Ahmed Faour
  2. Hasan Raboo’
  3. Hamd Sameer Hallaq
  4. Rifat Kurdi
  5. Abdul Rahman Salman
  6. Fouad al-Jaghl
