The death toll in Syria on Wednesday 15/06/2016 reached 44 deaths including five children, a woman and two killed under torture.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 17 civilians; eight in sheling on Karm al-Tarab, al-Salheen, al-Qatraji, the town of Kafr Hamra and al-Malah (rural Aleppo), three in mortar shelling on neighbourhoods under government control and three in a car bomb explosion carried out by ISIS in Manbaj. Additionally, a civilian was executed at the hands of Kurdish forces, another in a mine explosion planted by ISIS, one in clashes with government forces and one under torture in a government prison.
In Idlib, 14 civilians were killed; 12 in clashes with government forces, and one shot by unknown assailants.
Furthermore, four died in Homs; two in shelling, one in a bomb explosion, and one in clashes with government forces.
In addition, six died in clashes with government forces; two in rural Damascus, two in Hama, one in Deir Azzour, and one in Al-Hassaka. A civilian was also killed in Ar-Raqqah, executed at the hands of ISIS.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Daraa, one in clashes with ISIS, and the other under torture in a government prison.
