On Sunday afternoon, war planes targeted the central market and automated bakery of Idlib city, killing 22 people according to the first count.
The air strike took place only a couple of hours before the time of the breaking of the fast (on the seventh day of Ramadan)- a time when markets tend to get busy and crowded every day.
The operation of searching for the injured and victims is still taking place.
