Regime forces targeted the city of Talbisah in northern rural Homs on Saturday, launching air strikes by war planes as well as artillery and rocket bombing which killed one person and injured dozens.
War planes targeted residential districts in the city with six vacuum missiles, killing one person named Abdul Lateef al-Kayyal.
Regime forces also targeted residential areas with dozens of artillery shells, tanks and several bursts of rocket launchers, injuring approximately 18 people.
In addition, helicopters targeted the farms of al-Rastan and Granada village in the Rastan suburbs with a number of sea mines.
