The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 03/05/2016 reached 69 deaths including seven children and nine women.
A staggering 45 civilians were killed in Aleppo; 17 in shelling on al-Sukari and al-Firdaws neighbourhoods (Aleppo) and the towns of Haritan, Andan, Yaqid al-Ads and al-Buida al-Saghir (rural Aleppo), 14 in mortar shelling on government controlled neighbourhoods, six in the targeting of al-Dabit Hospital, two shot by a regime sniper, four in clashes with government forces, and two in clashes with ISIS.
In rural Damascus, seven civilians were killed; three in the fighting between factions, two in clashes with government forces, and two as a result of a stray bullet from fighting between factions.
Furthermore, four died in Homs, two in Idlib, and two in shelling on the village of al-Halmuz.
In addition, eight died in Idlib, in clashes with government forces. A further three died in Ar-Raqqah, two in shelling, and one executed at the hands of ISIS under charges of cooperating with alliance forces. Two civilians were also killed in Daraa, as a result of shelling.
