ISIS has published a video in which it shows four adolescents “confessing” their cooperation with forces of the International Alliance and taking videos of sites in Ar-Raqqah for the Alliance’s benefit. Following the “confession”, a covered officer executes the four young men.

The video, which was named “Mow the Necks”, showed the four young men wearing the same orange clothes which all ISIS detainees who are executed on video appear in.

The four adolescents who were killed are:

1. Jumuah Mustafa al-Khalaf
2. Hamoud Hussein al-Hamoud
3. Ali Ahmed Mardoud
4. Ali Abdul Ali
