The death toll in Syria on Sunday 01/05/2016 reached 29 deaths including two children, two women, and one killed under torture.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of nine civilians; three in shelling, three in clashes with Kurdish militia, one in a mine explosion, another in clashes with ISIS, and one shot by Kurdish militia sniper.
In Deir Azzour, six civilians died; four in shelling on the town of al-Ji’a, one in clashes in rural Aleppo, and an 18 year old child forced to join government forces to fight against ISIS.
Furthermore, four were killed in rural Damascus; two in Lebanese shelling on the field hospital in Jirud, one in shelling, and another in clashes with government forces.
An additional four civilians perished in Idlib; one shot by Kurdish militia sniper, one in shelling, another in clashes with government forces, and one under torture in a government prison. A civilian was also killed in artillery shelling in Daraa.
The killings of four civilians were documented, slaughtered at the hands of ISIS under charges of collaborating with the international alliance coalition. The killing of a civilian from Homs was documented, as a result of clashes in rural Aleppo.
