The death toll in Syria on Saturday 02/04/2016 reached 51 deaths including two children and a woman.
In Aleppo 13 civilians were killed; four in shelling on Asiya and the town of Maskana, eight in clashes with government forces, and one in mortar shelling on al-Sheikh Maqsood neighbourhood.
Ar-Raqqah witnessed the killings of ten civilians, nine executed at the hands of ISIS under charges of corruption and spying, and one in a mine explosion in the village of Bandar Khan.
In Deir Azzour, five civilians were killed, four in shelling, and one in clashes with government forces.
An additional five civilians died in Daraa, three in a mine explosion planted by government forces, and two in clashes with ISIS. A further three civilians were killed in Homs in surface missiles targeting al-Waer neighbourhood.
The killings of 13 civilians were documented in clashes with government forces, nine in Idlib, and four in Hama. The killing of a civilian was documented in Al-Hassaka, shot by the Syrian democratic forces, and a civilian died from wounds sustained in previous shelling in rural Damascus.
