The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 29/03/2016 reached 21 deaths including four children, a woman, and two killed under torture.
In rural Damascus, four civilians were killed; two in a hand grenade explosion, one shot by pro-regime militia in al-Zabdani, and one under torture in a government prison.
An additional four civilians were killed in Aleppo; one in clashes with government forces, one in clashes with Kurdish militia, another in clashes with ISIS, and one in an ISIS attack on the town of Kafr Saghir days ago.
Daraa witnessed the killings of four civilians; one shot by a regime sniper, one shot by a stray bullet in clashes with factions against ISIS, another in clashes with ISIS, and one under torture in a government prison.
Furthermore, three died in Deir Azzour, two in shelling on al-Kanamaat neighbourhood days ago, and one executed at the hands of ISIS under charges of smuggling a female relative outside of the besieged area. In addition, a civilian was killed in Al-Hassaka, at the hands of ISIS after an altercation with the organization at one of the checkpoints in Ar-Raqqah.
The killings of three civilians were documented in Tadmur (Homs), executed at the hands of government forces. The killing of a civilian was also documented in shelling on al-Kastan (Idlib), and another in Hama, in clashes with government forces.
