The death toll in Syria on Friday 25/03/2016 reached 27 deaths including six children.
In Aleppo, ten civilians were killed; four in clashes with ISIS, two executed at the hands of ISIS in Jarablis, two in locally made shelling on government controlled al-Hamdaniya and al-Sheikh Maqsood neighbourhoods, one shot by a stray bullet belonging to popular committees loyal to government forces in Aleppo, and one in clashes with government forces.
Deir Azzour witnessed the killings of six civilians; two while trying to detach from regime forces, one shot by a sniper, another from wounds sustained in previous shelling, one shot by Kurdish militia in al-Qamshali, and one in ISIS shelling on al-Sina’a neighbourhood.
Furthermore, four died in rural Damascus, three shot by pro-regime Lebanese militia snipers in the besieged city of al-Zabdani, and one in an explosion in al-Rahiba.
In addition, three died in airstrikes on Ariha (Idlib), and one in clashes with ISIS in Daraa.
The killings of two civilians were documented from wounds sustained in previous shelling in Ar-Raqqah, and one in Homs by a 23 mm projectile bullet explosion in the town of al-Rahiba (rural Damascus).
