The death toll in Syria on Monday 08/02/2016 reached 45 deaths including two children and four women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 26 civilians; 18 in shelling on al-Salheen and al-Sakhur neighbourhoods (Aleppo), three in shelling on Ma’rra al-Arteeq and Hardatneen, four in clashes with government forces, and an activist while covering clashes with government forces.
In Daraa, five civilians perished, three in shelling, and two shot by unknown assailants.
Furthermore, four died in Homs in shelling on Talbisa, al-Daar al-Kabeera and al-Na’ima.
In addition, three were executed at the hands of ISIS in Ar-Raqqah. A further two civilians died in Deir Azzour, one in shelling, and the other as a result of the cold weather while waiting at Baab al-Salaama crossing on the Turkish border.
The killings of five civilians were documented in clashes with government forces in rural Damascus.
