Russian War Plane Causes Massacre in Feelon whose Victims are Women and Children

Members of the Civil Defence inspect the area of the massacre after removing the victims

War planes, believed to be Russian, targeted the town of Feelon in Southern rural Idlib, killing 13 people, all of them either women or children, and the majority of them from the Sa’eed family.

The victims include:

1. Ahmed Abdullah al-Sa’eed (child)
2. Ahmed Mohammed al-Sa’eed (child)
3. Tasneem Mohammed al-Sa’eed (child)
4. Hanifa Makhlootah (wife of Mohammed Sa’eed)
5. Siham Ibrahim al-Sa’eed (wife of Abdul Razaq al-Sa’eed)
6. Difaaf Hussain Sheikh Hasan (wife of Mahmoud Sa’eed)
7. Abdul Razaq Abdullah al-Sa’eed (child)
8. Abdul Qadir Mohammed al-Sa’eed (child)
9. Abeer Abdul Razaq al-Sa’eed (child)
10. Alyaa’ Abdullah al-Sa’eed (child)
11. Mohammed Mahmoud al-Sa’eed (child)
12. Hibah Abdullah al-Sa’eed (child)
