The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 08/12/2015 reached 52 deaths including eight children, seven women, and two killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, nine civilians were killed; five in shelling, one in a landmine explosion, one in mortar shelling on Damascus, and one in the siege imposed on the city of Madaya.
Al-Latakia witnessed the killings of 11 civilians, ten in shelling on the town of Kansba (rural Al-Latakia), and one in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, eight died in Aleppo; six in shelling (the majority in the town of Kafr Hamra on 07/12/2015), one in clashes with Kurdish militia, and one in the targeting of his car with a thermal rocket.
In Idlib, nine civilians were killed, eight in clashes with government forces, and one from wounds sustained in previous shelling. In addition, six died in Daraa; three in shelling, one in clashes with government forces, and two under torture in a government prison.
The killings of five civilians were documented in Deir Azzour, one in shelling on Deir Azzour on 07/12/2015, and four executed at the hands of ISIS, one of whom under charges of apostasy.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Homs, one in shelling on Tadmur, and the other executed at the hands of ISIS. An additional two civilians were killed in shelling in Hama.
