The death toll in Syria on Thursday 26/11/2015 reached 49 deaths including six children, two women, and one killed under torture.
In Idlib, 10 civilians were killed; six in shelling in Ma’rrat al-No’maan, three in clashes with government forces, and one under torture in a government prison.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 14 civilians; 12 in shelling in the town of al-Khafsa, and the cities of Haritan and Tal Aran, one in clashes with government forces, and one in mortar shelling at one of the government controlled neighbourhoods.
Furthermore, eight died in Ar-Raqqah, in Russian airstrikes targeting Hateen School in the city. Among the victims were five children.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, six civilians perished, five in clashes with government forces, and one shot by unknown assailants. In addition, five died in Deir Azzour, four executed at the hands of ISIS, one died from starvation and malnutrition at one of the government controlled neighbourhoods – under siege by ISIS.
The killings of four civilians were killed in Homs; two in shelling, one in a landmine explosion, and one in clashes with government forces. The killing of a civilian was documented in Daraa, in shelling and one in clashes with government forces in Hama.
