The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 15/09/2015 reached 65 deaths including 20 children and ten women.
A staggering 38 civilians were killed in Aleppo, 33 in mortar shelling on areas under government control, including: al-Hamdaniya, al-Khalidiya, and areas in Salah al-Deen and al-A’damiya (among the victims were 17 children and three women). A further four were killed in shelling on al-Sukari neighbourhood in surface – surface shelling and one in clashes with government forces.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, 15 civilians were killed, 12 in clashes with government forces and three in shelling on Douma.
Al-Hassaka witnessed the killings of six civilians, four (two women and two children) died in an explosion carried out by ISIS near Adwar Iywas School.
Furthermore, three died in Deir Azzour in clashes with government forces. In addition, a civilian died from a sniper shot wound in Homs.
The killing of a civilian was documented in clashes with government forces in Hama. The killing of another civilian was documented in shelling in Idlib.
