The death toll in Syria on Wednesday 02/09/2015 reached 83 deaths including 14 children and 12 women.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, 45 civilians were killed; 36 in shelling – the majority in Douma, Saqba and Madaya, four in mortar shelling on Jarmana and Damascus, three in clashes with government forces and two shot by a regime sniper.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of ten civilians; six in international alliance shelling, two in regime shelling, one in clashes with government forces and one in a land mine explosion at the Syrian-Turkish border.
An additional ten were killed in Al-Latakia in a car bomb explosion in Hamam al-Qaraha square.
In Hama, seven civilians perished; five in the targeting of a civilian bus in shelling and two in a land mine explosion. Furthermore, five were executed at the hands of ISIS under various charges in Deir Azzour.
The killings of four civilians were documented in Daraa, three in warplane bombing and one in mortar shelling in Damascus. The killings of an additional two were documented in Idlib in shelling.
