The death toll in Syria on Saturday 29/08/2015 reached 65 deaths including 11 children and five women.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 22 civilians; 15 in clashes with ISIS in rural Aleppo, three in shelling, two in an explosion carried out by ISIS in Tal Raf’at, one in international alliance shelling on Manbaj and another in poisonous gases shelling on the city of Ar-Rastan.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, 15 civilians were killed, 13 in shelling on Madaya, Madira and Arbeen (rural Damascus) and two in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, 11 were killed in Idlib; seven in shelling on Haas and Jisr al-Shaghour, three in clashes with government forces and one was killed in shrapnel from a landmine.
In addition, seven civilians perished in Deir Azzour, six executed at the hands of ISIS under various charges and one in clashes with government forces. A civilian was also executed in Ar-Raqqah at the hands of ISIS under charges of opposing the organization.
The killings of five civilians were documented in Homs, four in poisonous gases shelling on the city of Ar-Rastan and one in clashes against government forces. The killings of four civilians were also documented in Daraa, in shelling on al-Mazireeb and Kaheel.
