The Hungarian police have arrested three people as part of the investigation, one of whom is the owner of the lorry- a Hungarian of Lebanese origin- and the other two are thought to have been driving the vehicle.
The refugees died due to lack of oxygen in the lorry.
The Austrian police have mentioned that most of the refugees are thought to have been Syrian.
