The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 04/08/2015 reached 29 deaths including a child, a woman and two killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, nine civilians were killed; six in clashes with government forces, two shot by a regime sniper and one in shelling.
Idlib witnessed the killings of 12 civilians; six in shelling in the town of Ihsam in Jabal al-Zawiya (among them a child), five in a warplane crash yesterday in the main market in the city of Areeha, bringing the total number of victims of the massacre to 38 deaths, and one in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore, two were killed in Daraa, under torture in a government prison and two in Hama, in clashes with government forces.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Aleppo, one in mortar shelling on areas under government control and the other shot by the Kurdish civil defence in the city of Sareen (rural Aleppo).
The killing of a civilian was documented in Ar-Raqqah, executed at the hands of ISIS. In addition, a civilian was killed due to the siege imposed by ISIS on neighbourhoods on areas under government control in Deir Azzour.
