The death toll in Syria on Tuesday 21/07/2015 reached 71 deaths including seven children, seven women and five killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, 23 civilians were killed; 11 in clashes with government forces, eight in shelling on al-Maqilibiya, Arbeen and al-Zabdani, two due inhaling poisonous gases, one shot by government forces and one under torture in a government prison.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of 28 civilians; 25 in the targeting of al-Maghayir in surface-surface shelling and all their names have not yet been reached, a young girl died in shelling on al-Baab, one in clashes with government forces, and one shot by a regime sniper.
In Deir Azzour, eight civilians were killed; four at the hands of ISIS under charges of insulting God and the other three under charges of attempting to enter food supplies into the besieged neighbourhoods. Two died in shelling on al-Mawdafeen, one in clashes with government forces and a child as a result of the lack of baby milk due to the ISIS siege of areas under government control at.
Furthermore, five were killed in Daraa, three in shelling and two under torture in a government prison.
A further two were killed in Hama, under torture in a government prison after two years of imprisonment.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Idlib, one assassinated at the other accidentally shot at one of the opposition barriers. An additional two were Killed in Homs, one shot by a regime sniper and another in shelling on Tadmur. A civilian was also shot by Kurdish Militia in Al-Hassaka.
