The death toll in Syria on Monday 20/07/2015 reached 64 deaths including seven children, six women and one killed under torture.
In Aleppo, 40 civilians were killed; 26 in vacuum missile shelling on Manbaj (rural Aleppo), nine in shelling on Kafr Da’il and the village of al-Imam, three in a car bomb explosion on Darkush road, one in clashes with government forces and member of the opposition was found dead in a farmland, after he went missing from 29/05/2015.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, 14 civilians were killed; ten in shelling on Arbeen and al-Maqilibiya, three shot by a regime sniper and one in a cluster bomb explosion – carried out by ISIS.
Furthermore, five civilians perished in Daraa in artillery bombardment on the towns and the cities of rural Daraa. An additional two died in Idlib in a car bomb explosion on Darkush road.
The shootings of two young girls (one from Deir Azzour and the other from Ar-Raqqah) were documented at the hands of Turkish forces, while trying to cross the border. The killing of a civilian was also documented in Hama, under torture in the military security branch 215 in Kafr Susa (rural Damascus).
