The death toll in Syria on Sunday 19/07/2015 reached 30 deaths including, four children, four women and one killed under torture.
In Aleppo, 11 civilians were killed; eight in bombing of explosive barrels – the majority in al-Kalasa neighbourhood in the city, one assassinated at the hands of unknown assailants, one shot by Turkish forces while attempting to cross the borders and one under torture in the military security branch in Aleppo.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, six civilians were killed in shelling on Arbeen and Madaya (rural Damascus). An additional six were killed in Daraa, among them three children in shelling on al-Haara and the town of al-Mazireeb.
Furthermore, three were killed in Homs, two in clashes with government forces and one in shelling. A further two were killed in Deir Azzour, one in clashes with government forces and the other shot by an ISIS sniper.
The killing of a civilian was documented in Al-Latakia, whilst covering clashes in the area, and another in Idlib as a result of artillery shelling.
