
The field hospital in al-Baab as the injured were brought in following the dropping of a bomb at the mosque after eid prayers
The first day of Eid-ul-Fitr witnessed several massacres committed by war planes of the Syrian regime on the cities of rural Aleppo, leading to the death of at least 15 people, half of them children from the city of al-Baab and its suburbs and from the village of Daarat Ghaza.
Helicopters dropped two explosive containers on the city of al-Baab (rural Aleppo) on Friday morning close to the big mosque whilst worshippers were leaving after having prayed Eid prayers, killing five people and injuring 11 others.
The victims were:
1. Samiah Abu Kasheh
2. Manal Na’oos
3. Walaa’ Na’oos
4. Abdul Hameed Na’oos
5. Aminah Othman
War planes also targeted the city of Daarat Ghaza (western rural Aleppo) on eid morning with vacuum missiles, killing five people- all of whom were children.
The children were:
1. Mahmoud Zeenah
2. Mohammed Zeenah
3. Usama Zeenah
4. Maryam Zeenah
5. Taha Barghouth
And in the evening, war planes targeted the village of Aysha (in the suburbs of al-Baab), leading to the death of five people and injuring four others. The victims include:
1. Rida Abdul Majeed (2 months old)
2. Leena al-Salih
3. Ilyas al-Salih
4. Hisham Haaj al-Salih
War planes also targeted the villages of Andan and Bayanoun, injuring a number of civilians, all of whom were children.
