Sixteen Detainees Released in Prisoner Swap Deal

The released detainees are greeted in Areeha, rural Idlib, today.

The released detainees are greeted in Areeha, rural Idlib, today.

Sixteen detainees were released today in Idlib by the Syrian regime, as part of a prisoner swap with the Nusra Front. Among those released were eight women.

Neither the Syrian regime, not the Nusra Front released any information on the prisoner swap and the mediator which organised it.

The names of those released are:
1. Yusuf ‘Anjarani
2. Najah ‘Anjarani
3. Khalid Shataat
4. Mohammed Zaki Bizi
5. Nouriyah Bint Yusuf Eid
6. Walid Mohammed Tamaa’
7. Dhiyaa’ Sumaq
8. Aisha Sabireen
9. Dalal Baydaq
10. Ayah al-Adl
11. Warda Satoof
12. Abdul Aziz Razooq
13. Zataa’ al-‘Adl
14. Mohammed Amin Bazi
15. Najah Bazi
16. Fadyah Qibth
