The death toll in Syria on Sunday 05/04/2015 reached 67 deaths including, 13 children, eight women and four were killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs, 21 civilians were killed; 20 in shelling on the vicinity of Zamlaka, Zabdeen, Ain Tarma and al-Kaswa, where a massacre took place as a result of airstrikes, in which 14 victims perished. In addition, an ISIS sniper shot a civilian at Yarmouk camp, while he was trying to go to the town of Yalda to provide food for his family.
Idlib witnessed the killings of 19 civilians in shelling on Idlib, Salqeen and Kafr Takhareem, where a massacre took place, which also was due to airstrikes. Among the victims were six women and six children.
In Aleppo, eight civilians were killed; five in clashes with government forces, two in shelling and two executed at the hands of ISIS.
Six civilians perished in Daraa, four in shelling (among them three children) and two under torture in government prisons.
An additional six civilians were killed in Homs; two in clashes with government forces in rural Aleppo, two in shelling by the Lebanese army on al-Qalmun, one in shelling and another under torture in branch 215.
