The death toll in Syria on Friday 03/04/2015 reached 32 deaths including seven children, three women and three killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs eight were killed; three in clashes, one in shelling and two as a result of lack of food and medicine due to the siege imposed on eastern Ghouta and Mu’adamiyat al-Shaam. Additionally, a civilian was killed under torture and was identified through leaked photographs.
Aleppo witnessed the killings of six civilians in explosive barrel bombings on al-Biyada neighbourhood and surface-to-surface missiles on Salah al-Deen neighbourhood; among the victims were two children and a woman.
Four civilians perished in Deir Azzour; two in airstrikes on the towns of al-Mari’ya and al-Buamr (eastern rural Deir Azzour), one in clashes with government forces in Jobar neighbourhood and one under torture in a government prison.
An additional four civilians were killed in Daraa, two in clashes with government forces and two in shelling.
Furthermore, three were killed in Homs, two in shelling (one of them a woman) and one under torture in a government prison.
The killings of three civilians were documented in Idlib; one in shelling on Saraqib and two from the Syrian Red Cross died during performing their duties.
The killings of an additional three civilians were also documented in Hama, one in shelling and two in clashes with government forces. Moreover, a woman died in shelling on the village of al-Wadi in al-Jabal al-Turkman (Al-Latakia).
