The death toll in Syria on Sunday 15/02/2015 reached 38 deaths including six children, nine women and four under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs seven were killed; three in clashes with government forces, two due to the siege; one of them a newborn baby died as a result of the lack of ventilators and oxygen cylinders and a man died due to starvation and lack of food. Furthermore one died in shelling on Humuriya and the other under torture in Sednaya prison.
Idlib witnessed the killings of 14 civilians in shelling on al-Najiya in Jisr al-Shaghur (rural Idlib) with four missiles; among them were four children and six women.
In Homs 12 civilians were killed; one in shelling, another in clashes with government forces, nine in an ambush by government forces and one under torture in government prisons.
Three were killed in Aleppo in shelling on the town of Jab Abyad among them were two women and a child. Additionally two perished in Hama under torture in a government prison.
