The total death toll in Syria on Monday 15/12/2014 reached 72 deaths including 11 children, seven women and one due to the siege.
Idlib witnessed the killings of 23 civilians; among them 14 died in air strikes on the city of Kafr Takhareem (rural Idlib) and nine in clashes with government forces at Wadi al-Daif front.
In Aleppo 18 were killed; 17 in clashes with government forces at Handarat and al-Malah fronts and a child died in missile strikes on the city of Haritan in the suburbs.
Furthermore in Deir Azzour 17 civilians perished; 16 in aerial bombardment on the town of Muhsin and Khasham, among them four children and five women and one was killed in clashes with government forces.
In Daraa eight were killed; five due to shelling among them three children and a woman, two in random shooting and one died from his wounds sustained in previous shelling.
In addition three were killed in Hama in clashes with government forces at Wadi al-Daif front.
The killing of a child has been documented in rural Damascus as a result of the lack of food and medicine due to the siege imposed on eastern Ghouta by government forces.
The killing of another child was also documented in Al-Hassaka, where he was kidnapped then killed by Kurdish units in the region and a civilian was killed in Homs in clashes with government forces.
