The total death toll in Syria on Friday 5/12/2014 reached 44 deaths including four children, four women and two killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs 11 civilians were killed; six in shelling, two were shot by regime snipers, one died in a mortar shell, another in clashes with government forces and one under torture in government prisons.
An additional 11 civilians were killed in Deir Azzour; seven in clashes with government forces at the gates of Deir Azzour airport and four were killed at the hands of ISIS, after having endured three months of arrest. Their bodies were found today morning.
In Daraa eight were killed; six in bombings of explosive barrels among them a child and two women, one was shot by a regime sniper and one in clashes with government forces.
Furthermore five were killed in Homs; three as a result of international alliance bombing at the Syrian- Iraqi border two days ago and their names were reached today. In addition a civilian was killed in clashes and one under torture in government prisons.
Moreover in Hama three were killed in clashes with government forces.
The killings of three civilians were documented in Aleppo; two were assassinated in the city of Andan at the hands of unknown assailants and one died in shelling on al-Neirub neighbourhood in the city.
The killings of two civilians were also documented in Idlib; one in shelling and one in clashes. Additionally a civilian was executed at the hands of ISIS in Ar-Raqqah.
