The total death toll in Syria on Tuesday 2/12/2014 reached 17 deaths including four children, a woman and two killed under torture.
In Daraa nine civilians were killed; four in shelling, one in a mine explosion remnant of the regime, another in clashes and three civilians were executed on the grounds with a gunshot to the head. The victim’s remains and clothes were found after the withdrawal of government forces from northern Nawa.
In Deir Azzour four civilians perished; two in clashes with government forces, one as a result of bombing by the Syrian Air Force and one in bombing by the International Alliance.
Furthermore three were killed in Damascus and its suburbs; one in a bomb explosion, another in shelling and a child died due to the lack of food and medicine, as a result of the siege imposed by government forces on al-Ghouta.
The killing of a civilian was documented in Idlib and another in Al-Latakia under torture in government prisons and security centres.
